Projects are handled by me with the objectivity of an external service provider and under close consideration of the customer’s terms of reference. The aim of the project and the economic considerations are naturally the prime factors of any project.

The approved project management methods and processes of the PMI or IPMA are applied under consideration of their suitability as well as the processes and regulations used in the company.

In the management of projects, I incorporate professional and technical knowledge in the implementation of software solutions for insurance companies and banks.

Internal obstacles are clarified both factually and solution-oriented.

Test Management

Quantitative indicators and meaningful statistics about progress of the tests and the state of the reported errors are the basics for a smooth software rollout. Additionally, taking into consideration the standards and norms, the success of the project is ensured.

SAP Projects

SAP projects differ from conventional projects. If business processes need to be adapted and standardizations made, stakeholder management and the right selection of personnel are particularly important.

The change must be supported by all decision-making levels, without building castles in the air. Even in challenging situations, you always have to keep a cool head and you have to make decisions rationally based on an objective consideration of the facts.
